Part encouragement to consume, part commentary on consuming. I guess it depends on where your interests lie. This idea came about as I was doing some shopping myself. Isn’t it really what most shopping bags with logos on them are saying anyway?

One day, riding with my good friend, Rich on a trip to Pennsylvania (my home state), he says “Please, cut me off. Go ahead, it’s OK” as a driver sped up next to him, seemingly wanting to get in front of Rich’s car. He said this in such a matter-of-fact kind of a way, that I couldn’t help but find it amusing. The funnier thing is that he was being truly sincere, he didn’t mind if the guy cut him off, he’d just rather him get it over with. I thought, what a great bumper sticker idea! Here’s is to you, Rich.

Sale Sale Sale! We see them everywhere, especially in a poor economy. Now we can be a part of the sale, just put on one of these 10% Off shirts and watch the customers come running.

This was a leave-behind for a recent job interview. The agency’s name was Active Ingredients, which sparked this idea. The job was not meant to be, though I was happy to go the extra mile and make this card.

I work on the web. I think in pixels. I like t-shirts. The idea of relating the web to the human element of emotion had me think of this t-shirt design.
